It says the NC bottlers use sugar cane also. I didn't know that. Another petty lawsuit.

barry who owned retro soda use to sell the dr pepper from NC with real sugar.  it was the best liked it better than dublin dr pepper and cheaper. I sold my last case to Larry  (mills 400)

Like the article said, it's just ashame to have to tie up the court system over this.

Just leave them alone.. they are not hurting anything and if anything are just promoting Dr. Pepper... why get their undies in a bunch!... stupid if you ask me..

All of the big soda companies have done stuff like this. Pepsi with West Jefferson Mt. Dew, Coke with Mexican Coke, now Dr Pepper...at least Coke saw the light!
