Your referring just to the Bulb?
Remove the Glass cover bu pushing in near the top of the glass, and sliding up upwards. it will go up into the housing a bit allowing you to remove it.
then simply pop out the bulb and replace.

is there a trick to removing the silver clip

      Yes, the stainless steel retainer must be moved out of your way by loosening a screw either in the inner liner or under the bottle door gasket.
