Quick cold b-500

I have an original, clean, S and S products model B-500 PEPSI slider cooler. The Lid looks like new in Stainless Steel "diamond plate like" design. The machine runs but does not get cold.
The paint is excellent and original while the inside rack shows some rust as in the compressor compartment.  PEPSI decals are clean but show some fading and wear.

I took it in trade for installing a lawn for a guy.
What year is it? and
What is this type of machine worth?
Any help will be appreciated.
