OK so i'm having a bad day..................

Hope everyone her is having a better day

Need to be cheered up so went on another forum

of which i am a member, which has nothing to do

with soda or coin operated at all or even shooting

or firing arrows into deer.... thx for that Jim.......

anyway...what they do have, is a sub forum for old

threads....wait for it............called "classic threads"

so in this sub forum are threads which have maybe

had the most responses

have been the funniest

had the best pictures

caused most ebarrassment.......in a nice[ish] way..........

caused the most how shall we say constructive discussion?

been about the most fantastic discovery or price realised?

maybe best windup? maybe april fool? but also showcased

where a member has gone beyond the norm to help out?

anyway to get back to the post, i read the classic threads

occasionally and its great fun to relive those classic moments

all over again without having to trawl thru thousands of posts

anyway if anyone can remember a classic let me know as would

love to catch it if i missed it or if it was before my time here....

and maybe if enough are  highlighted maybe Jim could consider?

i would like to nominate Joshs recent thread for starters............

and maybe that one way back with pix of an x81 or was it a x56

being stuffed in a car,[was it a x2 seater sports] and driven back

fantastic pix if i can remember rightly.....................................

anyway over to you guys as my day has just got worse..!

There is on SMC an area called Forum Stats - it is below Recent Posts on the main Discussion Areas page. If you click on 'more stats', you get a lot of those topics.

The photo was of Glen and I stuffing a Cav. 72 into a ford T-bird. I still crack up when I think about it.
