How do I put the drain tube back in?

I pulled the copper drain tube out of the liner so I could pull the liner out but I think I messed up that rubber part that the tube sits in. Does anyone make a replacement for that. Also what do you guys do with that part when you reassemble a machine? Also I am talking about the little metal tube part that goes from the liner to the inside of the compressor area not the rubber hose although I do need to replace that as well.
