La Crosse 90 bottle levers stick in "up" position.

If anybody with LaCrosse experience can tell me about the little keys and springs I'd appreciate it. I plan to do better repairs later.

Here's a generic pic of the problem area. The little keys fell out of the backside of this area. I can post pic of little keys later but here's this for now.
