LOOKING INTO A 'WET" COOLER BY EITHER WESTINGHOUSE OR CAVALIER. JUST WASTEE TO GET SOME GENERAL INPUT IE: IF THEY ARE RELIABLE OR A MAINTAINENCE NIGHTMARE. IE: ONE BRAND BETTER OR MORE VALUABLE THAN THE OTHER? PARTS AVAILABILITY? ETC. OR ANYTHING ELSE A PERSON MIGHT WANT TO KNOW BEFORE BUYING ONE. THANK YOU   ROBERT LENARD

I can't help you out on the wet coolers, but could you turn the cap lock off please? hopefull

Welcome to the site Robert!
Wet coolers are not for everyone. When they leak it is 20 gal. of water downstream. Agitator motors are available but not the exact ones from factory. A search with JonnieG and motors should help with those issues. For the most part WE's and Cav's are the same. Big issue to avoid is rust on the lids. Hard to repair. Once liner and motor are restored they will run another 50 yrs.
