Working at a Coca-Cola franchise I believe it could be legit in that a local franchise may have sponsored the vehicle for the local events or may have been a promotional give away item. I remember giving away bicycles, jackets and the Seven-up Mustang that was given away in our region.

But I am definitely no expert and I wouldn't buy it on the premise that it is legit. So many people stuck Coke decals on so many different items over the years that it is very difficult to tell what is legit, reproduction, or counterfeit.

I"ve seen those around as well,, I believe a promotional thing put out in the late 70's or early 80's for dealers/bottlers to use..
