This is on my VMC144sa, does anyone know which coin mech this is? What amount of money will make it work? And what the switch is for.

“ Coinco”.   LOL.  A true master of understatement.

It is an older model metal bodied Coinco for sure, you second picture shows an out of focus model label,  the price is typically set either by a price-wheel or if it has a cpu board, a couple of sliding electronic switches, you’d need to pop off the slug rejector ( coin acceptor/validator, whatever you like to call it ) to access the price settings.

The sliding switch at the bottom of the coin-tube area is called the inventory switch, it’s used for ejecting the coins in the change tubes, if you push it, you should hear the change-motor activate & if you have coins in the change tibes they should eject into the coin-return slot & drop out of the bottom of your coinmech.
