A temp fix to check if it is the fuse or the circuit. Was the fuse! It's only grabbing 1 row deep of teeth on the reel cogs. It should be grabbing 2 to spin fast. Talking with the owner to find out how to proceed. It's a Space Manufacturing Company model "All Jackpots" circa 1965 Unfortunately, I can not find parts for the action so it looks like I'll be making an adjustable claw for the reel pawl or I'll stack some beads with the TIG and shape it to work with what's there.
