Title: Picked up this Cigaromat today Post by: Slider-Bob on July 17, 2016, 08:31:33 pm Picked up this 3 slot chrome Cigaromat today along with a few other machines (81B and a few small coin op vending machines).
The chrome is original with lock/key, but the window with the white owl cat has been replaced, and the base has been poorly repainted in the past. You don't see the chrome ones very often and I'm told it vends properly. Pretty excited!!! I'm going to have my Painter Dean repaint it. Was it maroon originally? (that color is on the inside). Leonard and I have the only known 3 pull chrome top models out there that we know of. Let us know if you have a Cigaromat and share your story! I purchased mine in a rural mid-Michigan city from an older gentleman. It was chromed, but was beginning to flake in a couple spots. I also had the trim pieces rechromed at middle and on base during the restoration.
