Does anyone know anything about the refrigeration unit on this machine ? Does it need special upkeep or servicing ?

I'm not sure where the machine is being used but I recommend keeping the condensor coils clean! 
This is the radiator looking part in the compartment below. If this becomes clogged with debris, the efficiency of cooling the freon is reduced which could lead to problems later on...
