Title: quikold 1400-WD 2
Post by: on November 13, 2001, 10:19:35 pm
We just got (about an hour ago) an old Coke machine. It is a chest cooler and our first searches seemed to indicate that what we have is a Quikold 1400-WD.

In doing some online research, we found a couple of places that said that Quikold did not make Coke coolers.

Is this machine of ours rare? How can I find out what it might be worth? It is in 'good' to 'very good' condition and works well?

Anybody have any ideas?

It's a biggin! Heavy as hell. They are meant to operate as a dry or a wet cooler. They are not worth a whole lot. They did come embossed. They are great for picnics or meeting halls and look great with new paint and the grates that are usually missing.
