Not sure on who made it. Maybe Rowe. Haven't seen that style before. Late 40's through 50's.
Big thing with candy machines is must be complete (never find parts) and will it vend current size candy. Some better pics would be helpfull. If you decide to pass please send me a PM. Thanks!
