Title: New Car
Post by: halehouse on August 19, 2009, 08:51:56 pm
Thought I would share pics of our "new" car which joins our other Mustang which is 40 years its junior. This one is a pass-down from my dad. It is in pretty good condition. On the outside, cosmetically, I would like to change the wheels as these are GT and the car is not.

Dang that is a mighty clean 67. Lucky you. Have had several Mustangs and Cougars any questions just ask. I think the best period wheel is a repop 68 Cougar GT in 15". Don't have the link handy but could find.
Very cool!!

No, he's not. I'll have to ask if he knows how many owners there were before him. He has some of the original paperwork. Where they live isn't too far from where it was originally sold, so it didn't venture far.

I know on our NJ titles, there is a number in the upper left corner that tells how many times the vehicle has been titled.

My first car was dad's old 65 4 speed 4 barrel stang coupe. Had a farm license so at 14 I was good to go. The time spent adjusting and tuning is something we both will always cherish. Hope you will be able to share the joy.

Feh. there's plenty of time later for practicality. :)
