Title: Just wanna clean it and make it shiny
Post by: on September 18, 2003, 08:51:19 pm
I have a nice Westinghouse Master that I'd like to simply clean up and perhaps polish. Any suggestions about what to use to clean it and to make it shiny? I heard that car wax is an option, but I don't want to hurt my new 1950's (?) cooler. Anyone have experience with this? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

when using car wax don't use a cheap wax. use a more expensive wax like "mothers" . most cheaper waxes are more abrasive, thus they will eat into the old paint....with what ever wax you use .first try it in a very unobvious spot to make sure it won't hurt it :)
