Title: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Tony1978 on May 12, 2009, 03:38:05 pm :help: I have a La Crosse pepsi machine that I know nothing about. The model # is LCB 1LL 90 9 as near as i can tell. I am looking for any and all information about this machine. It looks and runs great but does not have a coin mechanism. I would like to find one that would work on it. Please help!
Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: tkaz on May 12, 2009, 07:04:49 pm How many pins does the plug for the coin mech have? I'd venture a guess that it's 9 (8 slots and one circle). If so, you can use a few different types of coin mechs, Coinco S75-9800's, Mars, etc. There's usually a bunch on eBay.
Welcome! How about some pics of the machine :drinking: Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Tony1978 on May 13, 2009, 08:24:10 am Thanks for the ifno. I will check the plug and find out how many pins it has. I will try to post some pictures soon. Thanks again.

Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: mznb1u on May 14, 2009, 05:09:10 pm The picture size has to be under 100KB. You can use Microsoft Picture Manager to re-size them.
That is usually the problem. :drinking: Tim :drinking: Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: vendo39 on May 14, 2009, 05:23:59 pm Yep, your pictures are probably too big but I thought the size limit was 75kb per attachment with a total of 300kb per post. There is a message at the top of the "General Chit Chat" area about file attachemts I think.

Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Tony1978 on May 18, 2009, 07:53:48 am Does anyone have any idea what a machine like this would be selling for? Here is what I know about the machine. It was made by La Crosse Cooler Company - Model # LCB 1LL 90 9 and serial #- 281638. Everything works good on it, cools great. It does not have a coin mechanism but i am trying to find one to put on it. Any input would be appreciated.
Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: loman4ec on May 18, 2009, 08:07:44 am I am sorry to say but it wont sell for much. It is not a very collectable machine. Do you have use for it? It would make a great garage machine. For some reason the lacrosse machines just don't sell well. They are mostly found in the upper midwest and that area is flooded with them. They are good working machines though. I would say in a better market maybe $200 but today maybe $125 and that is if it has a coin mech and works. Without a coin mech and not working it may never sell. What does everyone else think?
Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Basementgeek on May 18, 2009, 09:12:03 pm If it takes a standard 8 pin 110 volt Jones plug changer, I have working ones that I will sell pretty cheap . PM me if you are interested.

Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Basementgeek on May 19, 2009, 09:58:58 am Yes that is a Jones Plug, the mechs I have all work. They have been tested with a coinco tester.
Will send a PM to you. BG Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: pepsi classic on July 08, 2009, 06:28:30 pm I have a La Cross Pepsi Machine. It looks the same as your picture but is a CB ILL 64. The machine is complete, but the 10 cents changer has started clicking all the time and will release the bottles with out putting in the ten cents. Does any one have an idea of how to fix without replacing the coin changer.
Thanks Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Basementgeek on July 09, 2009, 09:32:54 am What changer does it have ? Show us a picture of it

It has tubes for nickels and dimes for change. I also need the sign that that goes on the front above the coin slot that is 4 1/2 inches by 1 1/2 inch that says .10 cents.
Thanks Title: Re: La Crosse pepsi machine Post by: Kilroy on July 09, 2009, 03:12:19 pm check Funtronics or Soda Jerks works for the price decal, they will have it
