Title: Removing flapper on Glasco slider Post by: collecture on May 04, 2009, 10:04:58 pm I bought a NOS Glasco mech from BobK - Thanks Bob!
Question is my flapper has (I think) calcified itself to the shaft - unless I'm missing something? I removed the set screw on top and it is still stuck to the shaft. I cannot see another set screw or anything else holding it in place. Am I missing something?
