I'm no expert by any means, but I've got a Vendo 90 I've been tearing down and 'slowly' rebuilding, so I may have some photos and other info if you need it. It's ready for paint now, I'm just waiting for warmer weather before that happens. My cooling system works great, I have just cleaned it all up and given it a fresh coat of paint. I'll be rewiring it in the next couple weeks. So, as for charging, not much of an idea, but all the other stuff I have a pretty good grasp on.
