Title: Ummm...How Do I Search My Favorite Categories (eBay)?
Post by: dr galaga on January 25, 2009, 04:08:57 pm
About a week ago I guess it was mandatory to switch over to the "new and improved" My eBay. (http://www.brentsarcade.com/smilies/ass.gif)
I have tried to have an open mind about it.  I'm sorry, but it sucks big time (which I won't rant about now)!  I had a few categories in My eBay so that I can quickly browse and search for things like pop machines, video games and pinball machines.  I can not find this anywhere.  Does anyone know where it went?

Click on Advance Search (link option right of the default Search button)
Near the top is a drop down box with 30 or so catagories listed to refine your search.
Is this what you are referring as not being able to do?

This may help:

On your EBay summary page
Click page options

Under Other - you can turn on or add a section for Saved Searches

Under Organize to the left of the screen, click Saved searches. That is where you will find your favorts or click on the my ebay at the top of the screen and it still says favorts at the bottom. Your wright it Sucks! and it's now slower when you try and get anywhere on ebay, anyone noticed that. Ebay says it's new and inproved. When you have a good thing why screw with it but then thats E-bay.

The related searches is messed up as well. I was back and forth with someone from Ebay.. When you search in a range from a zip code, the related items don't show. They are supposedly looking into that..  :wow:
