In this market it is hard to say what anything is worth. That machine looks to be in good shape with a nice paint job assuming the mark between the pulls and the gum wheel is from the flash. I watch for Stoners all the time and the last one listed on E-Bay for $500 did not sell.

If the guy is saying make me an offer I would offer $300 as a starting point and see where it goes. I know where there are several cigarette machines like this for $50 each. I think these are 60's-70's machines and the other Stoners are older.
