Title: Stoner FOUR pull vending
Post by: Larry on December 07, 2008, 09:38:33 am
Here's something you don't see everyday a Stoner four pull vending machine.  Very COOL!!  8) 8) I am assuming that it is rare because it's the first time that I saw one of these.  10c and 15c purchases.  Great original shape.  Put your Moon Pies in there and set it next to your 81 RC machine.

Merry Christmas Curtis!!!

I'm trying to get this for a customer to restore but the only thing is last week he had it listed in TN. and now it's in CA. Don't the guy know where the machine is. Thats the other end of the country. The old listing said pick up only in TN. Kind of makes me wonder.

I'm assuming this the same machine that was being discussed on another thread under Stoner Snack machine that was posted about yesterday?? or is it another? looks the same?
it has been listed before ,but like curtis said,, it's not in a different selling location , but same photo... buyer beware!!!

It's the same one.  I was watching it last week and was going to bid the I got called out of town for work and forgot about it.  :darn:

TN would have been a close enough drive--CA is not.  I sent a question to the seller about the change in location and have not yet received an answer.   :glare: :glare: :glare: Makes you wonder.

He said he was selling it for a collage in CA. but if he's in TN, you would think the guy new the first time that he listed it that it was in CA. and not in TN.  I'll watch it but pay with paypal if i win the auction, to be safe. The first time he had it listed, I said I was going to be in TN, when the auction ended and I would slip buy and pay cash if I won. The next day, the auction ended and now it's in CA. but he's still in TN. ???

The phone number listed is a San Francisco  area code, the machine is in CA, so it may be on the up, assuming the phone number is the owner's
I think its on the level, the seller is a Ebay seller, has decent  and 600+ feddbacks.  most likely doing a favor for a friend who doesn't have an account.

I got a message back that indicated the the listing in TN was a mistake and this is why the auction was re-listed.  All of their other items are listed in Berkley, CA so it makes sense.  Just wish it was closer!

Just emailed the guy asking how much to take off ebay, he said the machine belongs to a few people and if he does not get 2000 for it he may take off ebay at the end. he also said he only wants to sell to some one who who get it, he would rather not have a trucking company come to him, I think he is crazy.

Pretty darn cheap considering what a Junior or even a 180 in crappy condition goes for. Did anyone here get it?

I was bidder three.  It was a modest bid.  I thought Curtis would have been all over this one.  The price was right and the condition was really nice.  Four hundred plus shipping was about all I had.  Oh well, I missed it by a few dollars.

I was going to but North American said they could not guarantee a pick up within 7 days this close to xmas. The guy was very hard to deal with, Jeff offered $1000.00 to end the auction early and the guy was thinking it was going to bring up words of 2k. You think his ass is sore by now.

I was out bid at 401.01 and planned to up my bid to a 1500 before heading out to the races. The weather was not so good so I had to get an earlier start than usual and forgot to log on before I left the shop. But on another note, I did get to meet Travis Pastrana at the track. He was there watching his girl friend race.:censored:
