Title: DP VMC-110 Post by: GreginNM on November 06, 2008, 04:45:35 pm Hey guys...found this in the local area. The owner is asking $2100 for it, which I'm sure is a good bit too much. They believe it works, but aren't sure. It's complete and pretty clean. What's a fair price on this machine?
Looks a lot like yours, Tom! Greg Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: collecture on November 06, 2008, 05:01:14 pm Does it have signs on the side or just in front? What kind of shape are they in?
I do not see the VMC dimple? :Oo: Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: GreginNM on November 06, 2008, 05:08:57 pm Good questions...I'll find out and post a reply when I get the answers.
Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: coke_and_stuff on November 06, 2008, 05:37:17 pm It looks to have the VMC bezel, but not the VMC bottom half of the front main door as Tom said. I would say $1500??

Looks pretty shiny too...if it has been repainted and there is no VMC dimple or embossed Vendo, I'd want to look behind the main door for any bashed in embossing. You can also check with a magnet around where any embossing would have been but it is not as definitive as a look-see. :Oo: Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: RC kid on November 06, 2008, 08:53:29 pm They reproduce the DP signs, Right?
How can you tell if the signs are original or not? Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: collecture on November 06, 2008, 09:13:01 pm They reproduce the DP signs, Right? How can you tell if the signs are original or not? Originals are 10" in diameter with a rolled edge - repo's are 11 & 3/4" and flat Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: RC kid on November 06, 2008, 09:41:17 pm Wow! That's important to know.
Thanks Title: Re: DP VMC-110 Post by: sodaworks on November 07, 2008, 10:26:31 pm I have a generis 110 painted the same color. Missing the coin door, mech and bezel would sell cheap or part out
