Title: American Penny Scale
Post by: mznb1u on August 17, 2008, 08:07:48 pm
I was the successful bidder on this machine of E-Bay and I picked it up today!  We had a similar model at my dad's pharmacy years ago and I have been kicking myself for not keeping it ever since we sold the store in 1977! :darn:  This will have a special place in my gameroom!  Kind of expensive for a piggy bank but what the hell!   :happydrinkers:

Here are a few pics.  Anybody know much about these?  Any idea where I might be able to get a manual in case I need to make adjustments?

THANKS!

Tim

Thanks Eric!

I have to tip my hat to Kilroy for pointing this one out to me.  I was looking at a different one that was working but missing the rear door.  Probably could have gotten that one cheaper but I went for the complete machine!  Thanks Kilroy! :happydrinkers:

It's a Michigan thing,  we all look out for each other.
Congrats on winning it, as i recall it was a reserve auction,  and I was afraid the seller was looking to finance his retirement.

I'm sure you already found this site, but it looks to   be useful,   parts and diagrams,
