1966 cavalier model #css-64
the cooler works great. it keeps the pop-ok beer-ice cold. however, the compressor seems to stay on continuosly. shouldn't it kick on and off? would the thermostat be broken? where would the thermostat even be?

on cav 64's the thermostat is on top of the evaporator in side of the cabinet...when you find it make sure it is no higher than 4....are you sure its compressor running or the condensor fan vibrating the compressor
