I don't think it is a part being reproduced, but you could check with Steve Jebb at www.sodajerkworks.com and Steve Ebner at Fun-Tronics (301) 371-5246. For as many V-23's are out there, there are just not a lot of repro parts out there. I'll have to take another look at mine, but as I recall it is not that intricate of a piece. Maybe somebody here has one laying around? Was lucky enough to find one with a long tail, nearly the diam. of my latch spring. Some bending and lip biting later, I'm good to go with my latch spring.
