I got the door put on my 81B, but it seems as if the liner is too far to the right. The reason I say this is because the bottle stack does not line up for the bottle door opening. Has anyone had this problem ? If that is the problem which I am 99% sure it is ,just scoot the liner over ?  Thanks much !!! Tony

a photo would help. but there shouldn't be that much adjustment room where it wouldn't allow the bottles to vend?, I guess I"m a litte confused by that...
Upon reasembly there is only 1/4 inch space to move left or right? so not sure how you could go wrong just by puting it in the middle, thats what I do..

if it's the doors liner you're talking about, then I'd ask if the bottle port is installed upside down? (assuming there is no port-light option) this would cause it to be misaligned with the stack. by about 1/4" or so.  just a thought.

Here's a photo. It seems like the stack is too far over to the left. In the pre-restore photos the stack is perfectly centered with the bottle door and bottle holes. I am gonna take the stack out tommorrow evening and the breaker strips and will post those photos if you guys need them to make a better determination. Thanks !    Tony

Another one. The main door does not want to shut all the way.Looks like the door liner is stopping at the front of the bottle stack, metal liner not all the way in ?

Does the door close with the stack out?

If so the mechanical linkage could be out of alignment.

just a thought, is it possible the insulation behind the liner was over-stuffed when it was reassembled, thus pushing it (the liner) too far out maybe?
