My grandfather has this machine in storage. Neither of us know what it is. I was searching in the soda-machines.com database and the closest image I could find was a Westinghouse WD-22. His machine is close in form to this one, but not the same. Any help would be appreciated!

One of the reasons he is checking on it is because he may want to sell it.

Without seeing the front, I would narrow it down to one of the following models:
Cavalier Giant (18 or 20 case model)
Westinghouse WD-20 or WD-22
As for a resell value, due to its large size and weight, these larger coolers don't have much in value. And if it's not working, even less... My guess-timate would be between $150 - $300
