SMC Discussion Areas

All I get is a blank page.

Jims having some issues with the site and he's working on it as time allows,
He posted about this in the top subject.
he's asking for our patience as he gets this fixed. :hopefull:

To reiterate what John has said...

I recently, and possibly irrationally, upgraded the main Site system called Joomla (it's a content management system) to get a major security update, well not thinking clearly this broke the communication code between our main system and the Discussion Areas... They no longer share information, like login info...  This also holds true for the Photo Gallery...
The good and bad on this issue is that I should be able to get the Photo Gallery functioning again; the bad side of this story is that the code to communicate our main system and our Discussion Areas, a "bridge", has been discontinued due to disputes with Open Source infringements between the two parties involved.

If anyone is having no luck getting into a particular area, please let me know with some details so I can a least get you access. Post these issues in this thread:

I'm not sure which link will work best as the first is within the main system and the second is redirected as a stand alone Discussion Area...
