Title: Interesting Can Opener that was installed on machine? Post by: SIGNGUY on April 20, 2008, 09:04:01 am This was installed on the Barqs 81 that I recently got. obviously an add on piece, and I have seen them before, but what intriqued me was why it was wired into the machine? looks to have a heating element built into it? the element would heat the tip? why do you suppose this was heated? can't image the tip would freeze up and not function? HMMM

I saw the light, but I thought it was for lighting up the cup area. I never plugged the machine in, for fear of cavatating the pump (not sure if that runs on start up), so I never seen the light bulb lit. But I have an ad, for the machine, and it mentions that it has a UV light for sanitary reasons. Title: Re: Interesting Can Opener that was installed on machine?
