I know this is not in the soda world of thing but
I just read this about Boyd Coddington that he passed away.

Famed Hot Rod Designer, Cable TV Show Star Boyd Coddington Dies
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
 

 LOS ANGELES | Boyd Coddington, a renowned Southern California hot-rod and custom car designer and builder who starred in the cable reality TV series “American Hot Rod,” has died. He was 63.

Coddington, a longtime diabetic, died Wednesday at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier of complications of a recent surgery, said publicist Brad Fanshaw.

Oh my. That is so sad. I have been a Boyd fan since he built Chazoom back in the 90's. I loved watching his show. American Hot Rod, Overhaulin, and Soda-machines.com are all that keeps me same over here.

It's a shame! I met Boyd at the street Rod Nationals several years back. My favorite ride that he built was Billy Gibbon's (ZZ Top) cadzilla. What a work of art. Did you know that Jesse James used to work for Boyd.

I will mourn the passing  of an artist,  but  I would get so  razzled watching American hot Rod. If I ever get so cocky and  egotistical, please kill me. Oh, and you can keep my trophy wife if you do  :blush:
