I spotted this last night on CL, and was curious what a reasonable offer would be on something like this. I'm not sure I want to travel 5-6 hours each way to get this one, but could use your opinions as I may hopefully find some of these closer to home in the near future. Thanks! I remember seeing a lot of stuff from Mexico in the late eighties and early nineties. I would love to have a french cooler from Canada. I think it would make an interesting addition to the collection.

Curious as to what makes it a Mexican Cooler??? was it just found in Mexico or are there some markings on it ??? usually the mexican's say "Tome" instead of Drink or something like that? didn't see any of those markings.. Just curiuos? still a great find/// do you know a manufacture yet? sure looks like as lider with a westinghouse lid? Of course I've seen some Cars in Mexico that where made up with all sorts of parts as well??? some real cool chevy/Ford/Dodge/Yugo Pickups with Isuzo headlights, Honda doors and a GMC motor with Mazda Drive trains... I saw the cooler today and it is painted and restored!!! WOW!!!!! You guys are going to go nuts when I post the pics here soon of what it looks like restored. It is awesome!
