I remember someone was looking for this. The contact email was (now this was March of '05) cocacola@sympatico.ca contact phoen was 514-346-9609 contact name was Sylvain Bouchard - up in Quebec Canada He also stated If you're looking to have plastic parts reproduced for soda machines, jukeboxes or any other vending machine, toy radio or television knob they can make them.... I'm working on a SureVend/Pepsi P46 & an early Choicevend CV69 witha simular light up Pepsi cap sign, but mine is 10" in diameter while I think a Jacobs is 8" round...I'll try contacting them & see what they have ( or had)
