I'm assuming that it is cane sugar in them there sodas.  :drinking:

Did you try a comparison using USA soda aka High Fructose Corn Syrup Vs. the Mexican Cane Sugar??   :happydrinkers:

I think you should see if Costco will let you set up a booth, on Saturday, to try this experiment.

If not, you should try it with at least the family.  :wow:

I tortured my wife and kids with a taste test of the various Dr. Peppers, and yep......the cane sugar won!! :happydrinkers:

Let us know if you perform this test. :Oo:

I still can't find them at Costcos around here.  They don't even carry the 8oz cases anymore.  Luckily Sams does though.

I did find the Mexi-Cokes the other day at a grocery store that is near the Mexican communities in Memphis.  They has rows of Mexican Cokes and many other interesting bottles of stuff that looked good.  I will have to try some soon.

The Costco near Chicago had Coke, in the small bottles, once out of the five years that I've benn going there.  They were US Coke with HFCS.

Any word on a taste test???? :happydrinkers:

Wow that's .75  a bottle for the good sugar stuff! Where are these costcos at that sell the non-HFCS stuff? Please let us know. I hate waiting for the Kosher coke (it's 2 liters anyway)

Last time I was at Costco they didn't have any and I have been getting the 8oz at Sam's.  Will be going to Costco tomorrow and will check what they have here.

We went today to get other stuff, but the Costco here doesn't have them.  Don't have much period as far as soft drinks go.

If you are going to drink one or the other, always go with the cane sugar,  High Fructose Corn Syrup is proven to increase your hunger and is a leading cause of obesity.

Picked up another case today. The check out guy was a fellow addict. Told me it has been selling very well. Hope it gets stocked elsewhere. Anybody want the empty bottles?
He also told me the Pop Shoppe bottler is up and running again here. Will look into that.

Up in Canada someone bought the rights to the Pop Shoppe (http://www.thepopshoppe.com) and hey have been bottling it for a few years.

Canada is only 3 hours drive from here. The guy did say it was different in that you couldn't watch your order bottled anymore. You just place it they bring it out. Will see what is up time permitting.
