A bottle opener & a very long straw!?   :tounge:

seriously though, try to push it back up into the column from below, yeah the new coke bottles are a bit skinnier around the lower "hip" area that the old ones & tend to cause trouble, you may have to adjust your vending gate/rods so they don't open so wide, and be sure to alternated the bottles as they are stacked into the column(s) one left, then one to the right, so they dont drop all at once. you may have to fasion some column side-spacers (shims) to reduce the width of the racks so that the little bottles dont slide past the rods & the column wall.

Ps, what machine is this ( my guess is a Vmc 44) , or maybe you could loosen/remove the rod on the side that the bottles stuck on?

If you can't slide the bottle up towards the necks of the other bottles and get it up or down and out, then, like johnnieG said - open it, syphon it out or drink it with a straw and bust the bottle with a hammer. See if you can put some cardboard or poster board underneath to catch the glass bits.
You will need to shim your columns with the new bottles.
Good Luck!
