Title: Re: Condensor fan motor w/3 N 1 Post by: 90grad on January 06, 2008, 08:19:27 am They need to get connected to the RUN and COMMON posts of the compressor, but so do the 3 N 1 wires. What I do is connect the fan wires with the corresponding wires on the 3 N 1, so you have a two connectors with two wires in each. Then, I make little "pigtails" to connect the spliced wire pairs to the compressor posts.
