Title: Which Paint? Post by: SGM on December 28, 2007, 01:16:50 pm My machine was built in 1976 the best I can determine. What would be the better paint to paint it to try to keep as close to original as possible? Dupont's Red and White Centari or Sherwin Williams Genesis Red and White?? Or does anyone have another paint color that they would suggest. The machine has a kind of orange tint to the red verses being a bold red.

Honestly getting the right color will not influence the value of your machine. Especially with your machine being a late model square top. If I were you I would just pick a color that you like and go with it.
