Post by: aspbear on October 09, 2007, 07:08:41 pm On the front of the vending rack just next to the coin mech is a black piece of metal that looks like a strap sticking straight out with a hook on the end. Pull that piece out and you will feel it engage. The machine will free vend at that time. This was a feature on the nationals that allowed the person stocking the machine to empty a column without a lot of hassel but it also works as a free vend...

Post by: Sodaman101 on October 09, 2007, 09:31:25 pm ASP thanks for that Information, I tried that and It worked for the candy machine( I will have to remove the " oops you pulled out the bar" piece of metal on the door that conveniently pushes it back in when I close the door( that should be easy). The cigarette machine however lacks such a bar and after a hr or so of attempting to hold down parts while it vends I still cannot get that to free vend( It will vend candy cigarettes). Any ideas on that one?

Post by: aspbear on October 10, 2007, 08:41:43 pm There should be a lever in the same area on the cigarette machine also, the bar may have just been remove. I have had both and got them to free vend this way. Of course this could be a different style and the vend lever may be in a different location. There should be one there somewhere, the people stocking the machines did not want to have to remove items one at a time so they were equipped with these to help out.
