The diagram on the inside main door isnt much help and I cant copy the way my other uss-8-64 is hooked up because the vending mech isnt even hooked up becuase someone removed the part that locks the rockers.

Here is a photo of mine (http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w182/squaretop1/wiring.jpg) I cant figure out where the diagram is telling me where to plug in the wires. I know plain wire goes into port 1 and ribbed wire goes into port 8 but if you look at the diagram the lines branch off. Thats where I became lost. This line feeds the refrigeration components and you'll need to determine which line carries the voltage; I would think the ribbed side... This would then connect to the wiring harness for the refrigeration at which time the hot would be routed through the thermostat to control when voltage is applied to both the compressor and the condenser fan motor. That should explain the short of things, no pun intended.
