There's a scene where Gomer calls in a fake burglary at Wally's Filling Station. This machine is on the wall at Wally's: (http://members.aol.com/keenan58/gomer.jpg) Can anybody identify it? I can't. I think the davethebirdman and others have a few similar to it.
