Title: Old Sun-Drop Truck Post by: dr galaga on July 19, 2007, 04:55:36 pm I was at the Sun-Drop bottler in Shawano, WI yesterday and I spotted an old delivery truck when I was leaving. It is from Celo Bottling in Sauk City, WI. Celo's owner passed away this past winter, so the plant is closed. It looks like it needs a little body work, but still is a neat looking vehicle.

I wish I saw it before I bought my stuff, then I would have asked about it (the young guy I talked to was kind of talkative). I bet that they bought the truck to fix up and use in parades and stuff. Also, I don't think the widow got rid of any signs. There is a neat sign in this article. I had no idea that they sweetened soda with celery before!
