Title: Candy machine Post by: MoonDawg on June 10, 2007, 11:34:42 am I too have always been a round-top person but some square-tops are beginning to look apealing.
A guy showed up at my shop and asked if I wanted to buy a 1950's 10 cent candy machine. He said it was red and white and had lots of chrome both above the display window as well as all around the pull handles. It has a floresent light that illuminates the candy at night, is labeled FAWN made in De Moines Iowa. Curtis will probably know if this is a common machine, but it's totally new to me! Just like Soda's going from Round tops in the 50's to Square in the 60's.
