Title: my vendo 220 wont vend

i was given a vendo 220/125 and the cooler works fine but it will not vend
i rigged the jones plug for a free vend as posted but still wont vend
i hear no relay click, i checked for power with volt meter and power is there but im not sure if it is correct
any help or suggestions are appreciated
