Title: Removing Paint Splashes from Tin Sign??
Post by: Seven181 on March 23, 2007, 05:03:55 pm
Hello! Can anyone recommend how I would remove paint drops or splashes off a tin sign? I have an older Pepsi sign from the 1950's and would like to clean it up some. Here is the sign. I hope you can see the drops of pain on it?

Thanks!

Brian

What kind of paint do you think it is?

Looks like house paint. Some drops here and there. I am trying to post the picture, but the file is too big. Trying to rezize it.

Brian,
Bob (Sodak Bob) posed this same question not too long ago.
Here is the thread.
Hopefully you can try some of the suggestions and find something to work for you.
