My Advice for this month is Get to know your local mailman!!! Luckily my mailman is a guy I went to school with and we've got a common interest in collecting Hamm's Beer advertising. He was over at the house the other day to look at my Hamm's Collection and of course I showed him my signs, Machines and my Stoner Jr. I asked him to of course keep his eyes open if he ever ran across this stuff at auctions/shows, etc.. never thought of asking him to keep an eye out for stuff during his route?? but he says to me... I've seen one of these just the other day, (pointing to my Stoner Jr.) I of course ask where and he says somewhere along main street, not sure which house, but he'll check the next day. So today he stops in my office (along his route) and says it's down 2 blocks from my office on Main street... So sure enough I grab the camera and head down there right away and this is what I say sitting on the front porch. Noone was home so I'll be stopping by later today or this weekend for sure. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Hope you get a deal! Heck!.. hope the owner is a retired vendor and
has a garage full of them (and if he does... I need a Junior too

I have a story which I can share in another post at some time; the point is to ALWAYS look everywhere! And as you have heard me say(well, read what I have said), you never know where something will pop up!

Signguy, you have guts! If I took a picture of the inside of one of my neighbor's interiors I think the police would be at my doorstop shortly. Such is living in a metro area that is hyper-vigilante.

We'll still no luck finding anyone at home this evening... the picture was taken while I was standing on the front step looking into their front porch. It's fully enclosed and most likely a 3 season porch, and I knocked before I took the picture too, so I knew no one was home, and no car in the back side. Nice thing about living in a town of around 9,000.... you can just walk up to houses like this and snap photos whenever you want!!

I'm hoping someone will be home tomorrow that I can talk to ... I'll have cash in hand just to help persuade... Wish me luck!

We'll after 2+ weeks of trying to track down the owner of the Stoner Jr, down the street from me. I finally met the guy last nite. Turns out he's had the machine for over 20 years, He likes it and currently not for sale, but he did say when he does decide to sell it I have first dibs! I gave him a couple of my cards to stick in the machine so when that time comes he has my number... Oh well..
