The dial is VERY loose - how do I tighten or fix it ? It is hard to dial the numbers because the plastic dial is so loose. It should be an easy fix - but......... Thanks in advance ... !!!!!!!!

He sent me a few solutions and I ended up having a loose fingerwheel nut which was a two minute fix thanks to Dave's help. Much appreciated !!!!!!
