PayPal has a new promotion, where if you spend $30 or more in one purchase at any store which accepts it, including eBay between February 8 and March 31, you will receive $15 back. Only can be used one time per PayPal account.

I'm not sure how the $15 is credited back to you -- hopefully in the form of an instant deduction.
