If you were going to build some theme machines and put them on e-bay, are there any legal issues to worry about? i.e. Beers, Nascar, Sports, Sodas or anything you want to do?
I'm not looking for an attorney, just wondering if anyone has run into issues...

I haven't heard of any issues but that doesn't mean something new could develop into litigation...

Stay away from the big boys : Harley Davidson, Coca Cola etc
