Here is a site I found while looking up paint techniques. It has a PDF download called "basics of basics". Takes you through welding, body prep, primer, paint. It looks pretty good.

"Noobs" is just another form of newbies, newbs, newbe's. I wouldn't call anyone a snob... Well... unless they are one
