Title: Vendo 126 lights Post by: on February 03, 2003, 07:06:35 pm I just bought a 1962 Vendo-126 and the flouresent light behind the Coke sign constantly flashes. I think it's probably just an old bulb, but my question is.. how do I get to it? I see on the side of the main door where the latch is there are 2 screws and that takes care of one side, but how do i access the other side behind the dispense door casing? any help is appreciated. thanks
Title: Vendo 126 lights Post by: on February 04, 2003, 06:04:48 am What i did was Take the 2 screws out on the outer side of the large door,then pry it out with a flat screwdriver,then just pull it out towards myself and it slowly came out . You will see that there is two pins that it slides in on .once its out just change your bulbs and you might need new starters .i did just in case .i got replacements at a lighting store .also i found that foaming glass cleaner worked well on the back of my sign.
